My name is Reverend Andrea L Neal and I am a non-denominational ordained minister who
specializes in officiating wedding ceremonies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Whether the ceremony is long or short, formal or informal, in a friends backyard, or at the
couple’s favorite restaurant; Becoming One will be honored to service your officiating
needs.
If you need assistance personalizing your vows or the structure of your ceremony, I can
assist you with that. Since I come to you, you can select a sentimental, intimate, or any other
type of location.* Depending on the ceremony this can be discussed in the free initial
consultation.

Elopement/Same Day Ceremonies:
If you have obtained your marriage license and are not within the 72 hour waiting period I will
be happy to perform your ceremony (as long as scheduling permits). Time is sensitive;
however, you may still be able to write your own wedding vows. These ceremonies can
occur anywhere as long as all state laws are being obeyed.
Nontraditional:
This ceremony occur outside of a house of worship and can include traditional or
personalized vows. The ceremony can be as personal, formal, informal, and as symbolic
as you would like. Let me help you create a ceremony for you!
Engagement Ceremonies:
This type of ceremony is where the couple commits to marrying each other at a later date.
These ceremonies are ideal if someone is going to another country for missions work, a
job, after the birth of a child or other personal reason.
Commitment Ceremonies:
For those who would like to commit to each other in a nontraditional manner this ceremony
is for you! Often, a symbolic commitment works for some couples for personal reasons. At
this time Becoming One does not perform ceremonies for same sex couples.
Vow Renewals/Rededication Ceremonies:
For those who want to celebrate many years of marriage or rededicate themselves after a
life altering event, Becoming One would like to help you!
House Blessings:
Whether living in a house for many years or moving into a new home; House Blessing can
clear any old energy and invite in new energy. The blessing can be as spiritual according to
your preference.
Baby Blessings:
Baby blessings can occur before or after the child is born. The setting can be at the baby
shower, at the hospital, in the home, or other locations the family request.
Description of Services:
Initial Consultation (varies depending on ceremony)
Assistance with vow writing and ceremony structure
Day of event rehearsal
Performance of the ceremony
Keepsake (varies depending on ceremony)
Travel to ceremony within service area
Delivering of your marriage license to the County Clerk
Send the certified copy of the marriage license to couple
Initial Consultation:
The consultation may not be for every service. It is free and should not last of more than
45 minutes. This serves as “a get to know you session” so that basic ceremony details can
be discussed. At the end of this period, the couple can indicate whether they want to utilize
my services or take their time and contact me later. Keep in mind no dates will be reserved
until the $50 nonrefundable deposit is retained and the Officiant Contract is signed.
Depending on the ceremony a consultation might not be necessary
Assistance with vow writing and ceremony structure:
After the Officiant Contract is signed and the deposit is received, I will be able to assist you
with the detailed structure of your ceremony and your vows. This typically can be done over
the phone or via email; however, personal meetings can be arranged.
Day of event rehearsal:
I will arrive one hour prior to ceremony schedule time to do a quick run through of the
ceremony. If this is not needed, or alternative rehearsal arrangements have been made, I
will arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins.
Performance of Ceremony:
I will perform the ceremony discussed at the date, time, and location specified. Most
ceremonies are less than an hour, unless previous arrangements have been made.
Keepsake:
This will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Travel to the ceremony location is included in the fees. (within service areas)

Marriage License:
I will deliver of the marriage license to the County Clerk and mail you the certified copy. In
essence you will not have to worry about paperwork before or after your big day.
Fees:
Monday-Sunday $125
Holidays (including holiday weekends) $175
(New Years Eve, New Years, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas)
Non Event day Rehearsals $50
Please call for House and Baby Blessing prices.
If the ceremony runs over there will be a $25 charge asseted in 15 minute intervals.
